I am not aware of many out here but we can always put together something to

get people together. Are there any other Puget Sound Area BFLifers out

there? Email me and we'll get everyone together for a group workout.

There are at least 20 at my work who would love to get together with a

group with the same goals and interests. Many of them have had awesome

results. In fact a gal I work with was in one of the rounds last year and

enjoyed working out so much that she entered the ironman competition a few

months later. That competition is posing mostly. Well, she came in third

and it was her first competition. There's no telling where this new life

will take all of you! Lets hear from you.
