Guest guest
Okay, last week I helped a mom who was doing well with baby. She did have a delay in getting the true milk in. We fixed the issue. She said she tried to pump a few times and did not get more tham 2 ounces. she has decided to quit because she could not pump more than that. Baby was getting a great amount from the breast about 1.5 ounces per feed. Baby was just at 1 week old. How do I change what I do to help moms not give up!!!!! I encourage my not to pump but to watch for the amount of diapers. I also encourage reweighs frequently to help with the gaining issue. I try follow ups or phone calls often, but still have the same outcome. Banging my head against the wall, Anne Banther
