Go to the Whisper Mill ad, then down to Nutrients and there will be a place to click on for their temperature testing results. They found Whisper Mill at 112 degrees, and Family Grain Mill at 80 degrees. The test was with 8 cups wheat berries (12 cups finished flour). They also gave a temp under which grain manufacturers say there is no nutrient loss, but sorry I can't remember the temperature right now.
