Hello Everyone,

Well, I just got off the phone a few minutes ago with the GA Medicaid office

(spoke to Jermain). He said that we were not liable to the DME company at all

and not to pay the bill. He said that since they have a contract with the state

to accept Medicaid that they do have to bill the Medicaid and that they can not

come after us for whatever is not covered. He said that even if medicaid does

not pay a cent they can't either because is a child. So I hope this

information helps. AHHHH and he also said that if we ever do get a bill from

them, to call back and be prepared to send them a copy of it...apparently thats

a BIG NO NO!!
