3 or 4 meals a day ?

Which is better.

Currently i am eating 4 times a day.

breakfast, lunch ( somewhere between 1 and 2 ) another meal at about

5:30 about 7 to 7:30 i start an hour and a half of exercise then i

eat somewhere between 9 and 10.

I feel i need to do this to keep my calories/strength up.
