It's amazing what can happen when you push with your mind after your body has given all it's got. That's a true 10. Speaking of triceps, I tried the tricep push down that's in " Abs " article in this months' Muscle Media. Same as the regular push-down but with a straight bar and with the palms facing up instead of down. It causes the tri's to squeeze even in the first set of 12. Got a good pump in the arms from that one.
