Well, uh, I feel kind of sheepish about this, but the yoghurt turned out

fine after all. When I took it out of the Yogourmet it was just as thin as

plain milk, which I've never seen before, but after setting in the fridge

overnight, it's actually a good deal thicker than the yoghurt I've made

with pasteurized but unhomogenized milk and cream. Can't figure that one

out, but what the heck, it's delicious!
