Guest guest
$60.00! And it looks so big and unwieldy. If the mother really craves privacy, why not a light baby blanket pinned at the shoulder? It also helps with babies who get too distracted to Bf when there are things going on. In the US cartoon characters go "braaap!" It's the written equilavent of a beer belch. - in Texas I hate these things ! I have had 3 calls froma woman who has imported this thing called a braap (www.thebraap. co.uk )into Ireland . She would like me to hand out fliers for it. I havenot answered because I need to calm down first . Then i thought - Ihave never seen these used here - are they used widely in the US? My personal feeling is that they draw attention to the mother and babynursing in public . What are peoples thoughts on these?? Do I need to open my mind a bit ...ThanksNicola

Guest guest
I've looked up the braap breastfeeding shawl online, as I was curious what would cause a stir, it is so rediculous!! Why would any mom feel the need to go to so much hassle and coverage to feed her baby?! It's really absurd...looks like a sleeping bag. Sorry, I can't help it, but to LOL. Not about the moms who actually feel like this is necessary, that's really too bad, but it's just so huge, I mean why would anyone invent such a cumbersome thing for something so natural. Happy Holidays, >

Because it plays into many mothers' insecurities and fears and will make a buck. Guest guest
It's interesting how nowhere on the website does it ever show an actual woman BREASTFEEDING. Hmmm...
