This is especially true since most processing facilities don't just slaughter grass-fed, organic animals. If their sanitation isn't up to snuff, the foulness of the other animals can make it onto the cleaner animals. Grass-fed seriously reduces the likelihood of *that particular* animal harborning and shedding dangerous strains of e.coli, but it doesn't make the meat impervious to contamination from other sources...and that's just one issue.
