Guest guest
Woke up this morning and felt no pain; in fact, my fett went a little numb last night. I was up most of the night, but not due to pain I seemed to have extra energy so I decided to work on organizing my file cabinet and work on the budget for next month. I finally went to sleep after my hubby left for work. Unfortuanately, my 2 cats woke me up because they were climbing all over my computer stations and craft desk, plus they were messing with the window blinds by the craft desk! making a bit of racket! I yelled at them and they continued with their nonsense until I got so aggrivated that I threw a shoe at them! And not thinking I used my right arm (the one where the shoulder is messed up) I waited for an onslaught of pain to erupt, but it didn't just felt achy from disuse. No animals were hurt except the one who ran into the wall while they chased one another around the house after they got the message to stop messing around with the blinds and climbing on the desks.. Poor little idiot got a bloody nose, but will live. Anyway, I hope these good days will last at least thru my birthday which is this coming thursday! That would be the best birthday gift of a pain free day. And I go to see my neurologist next wednesday. I have one more test to be done before a conclusive diagnosis can be made on whether I have MS. I've read and heard that is is no picnic! I may need to have a spinal tap done. My doctor's main concern about this procedure is possible infection due to my weak autoimmune system and being diabetic. I've worked really hard the past couple of months to get my diabetes under control. So, far I've managed to keep my glucose levels between 87 and 171 for about a month with a few spikes during a viral infection (which I'm over now). Anyway, I haven't tried to overdo things just because the pain level is down. I'm taking and doing things one day at a time. Hope you all are having better days and I wish pain free days for all!
