Raw eggs; you don't cook them? Interesting. Just how do you eat

that, in a drink?

Would you say anything specific to describe what you

meant that it was working really well?

I've found that raw meat and eggs and dairy give me more energy than

cooked, too, so I'm trying to boost the raw and cut the cooked in my

diet. But results are inconsistent -- a raw meal meal isn't always a

pick-me-up, and I don't know why.

Roughly How long have you eaten this way? Dennis

,

Raw animal food is nutrition. It isn't intended to " pick-you-up. " In

my experience, it may do so if that is what is needed at the time, or

it may make you tired, if that is what is needed at the time. It

certainly can supply all your energy needs, but as you get better

nourished, your body will, when ready, slow you down, even make you

want to sleep, while it repairs itself (replaces degraded tissues made

of cooked/altered substances with alive tissues made with unaltered

substances). Many of us on the live-food list and the primaldiet list

experience periods of tiredness due to detox and repair. We've

learned to " go with it " and trust the body. Overall, you will feel

better, clearer, and on track.

>Roughly How long have you eaten this way?

I've eaten some raw food on and off for years. I've been careful to get

grass-fed meat and dairy only for a few months, since I found out about the

WAP foundation and bought NT. Before that I've gone through cycles of

altogether bad diet and better diet, Atkins and so on.

Interesting. I certainly hope my health improves, because it's still

pretty miserable and my energy level stinks! I have a complicated and

extreme thyroid problem, though, which doesn't help any.
