So what's for breakfast?!?

I need some help with breakfast foods. I find that mornings are NOT

the best time of day for me so eating something healthy and yummy is

really imparitive for the rest of the day. However, I often find

myself struggling over what to eat so that only makes mornings that

much more diffcult. I can think of all kinds of high carbo things to

eat (like pancakes, french toast, waffles); but am clueless for

something with more fat and protien. So, what do you all eat for

breakfast? -C
