Well, the internal contest actually starts today...I am ready, whoohoo!!!!!

With the group supporting us, how can any of us really loose? I am proud to

have you all on my team :)

1) OK, you already have my nickname. Mrs. Bubba is just my screen name so

I will stick with F-Stop.

2) My goals are pretty much the same...to loose more body fat and gain

definition, while giving 150% to the program and honoring myself every step

of the way.

3) I just had my body comp done 2 weeks ago. Not only have I hit the

dreaded plateau, I have gained 2%. So I am now at 18%.

4) Since I haven't changed any in the way my clothes fit or increased

definition any can I use my 12 week pics? I still look the same (ugh!)

5) I try and live each day based on the fact that thought is energy and

whatever I think about myself is what I become. So I guess I will borrow a

quote from Bill's book, as it speaks to this idea. " Conceive it, BELIEVE it,

achieve it " .

Once again I want to thank you all for the motivation, support, energy and

spirit you offer. Congratulations to each of you on your tremendous success

and dedication to your transformation. I receive so many e-mails and even

though I may not respond to each one, they are read and absorbed. I am

honored to say that each one of you is a part of me...part of my family.
