the pulling arm.

> 3. A few times I've thought of a new exercise from out of the blue. I'll be

doing something else, and my mind might wander and think of the Iso-Bow for a

second, and then I'll suddenly think of a movement I haven't done, so I'll go

pick up my Iso-Bow and give the newly formulated exercise a go.
