Guest guest
I notice that L-glutamine is recommended as one of the amino acids for rebalancing brain chemistry, and I know it's also sometimes used for healing the gut lining. What I'm not clear on is the difference between L-glutamine and free glutamic acid which is an excitotoxin, neurotoxin. I had seen an article online by Russel Blaylock, MD (in addition to having read his book on excitotoxins), which seemed to say that L-glutamine in supplement form was also in the category of excitotoxin. I can try to dig that article up, but I thought maybe someone could clarify. Thanks,
