Subject: menu planning calendar

I was wondering if any of you have suggestions, calendars that you

made or lists or anything that help you to know what recipes are being

planned for what days, how far in advance to prepare, what you are

eating that day and preparing for that day and the next, groceries to

buy, etc. Anything to keep you organized so that you are not staring

at the refrigerator wondering what you can eat NOW and what you better

prepare for the next meal.

I'm not extremely organized, but I always have something going on: either I

have

1. something soaking

2. something simmering

3. something drying out in the oven

4. something marinating

just about all the time. This method keeps food coming. If nothing is soaking,

simmering or drying out, then I know that I need to get back on the ball.
