Guest guest
Count me in JOH FREE Sit-at-Home Fitness Routine Gentlemen, I would like to make an offer to those who wish to take me up on it. I would like to send (e-mail a PDF file) to any individual who would like to try the Sit-at-Home Fitness routine. The file is 1.7MB in size. This is the 30-minute routine used in the video, minus one exercise. In return I request two commitments: 1- Send me a before image shirtless from the waist up 2- commit to using the program for 4 weeks I make these requests for two reasons; First, very few ever record their starting point. Second, since most of you are already BW users, I think 4 weeks show significant results. There is no value to me with a bunch of "before" photos and nothing else. It just shows you are serious in wanting to sample the program and willing to participate on the record in doing so. Every thing must have some value, mine is in the program, yours is in your photo. Something for nothing somehow always loses value. The PDF file is the routine of the video with the 26th exercise (forearms) missing due to space restrictions. It is my belief the program works best with the Steel-Bow, but I have used the X-5 and Model 28, though the compression level with the 28 is very minimal on most movements and the arm curls is next to impossible with the X-5. Certain exercises also call for the X-5 to be on the floor next to the chair, due to the length of X-5. Simple innovation is required for those using an X-5. Anyone wishing to partake in this, send your photo to: infobowproducts (DOT) com Please use the above e-mail for your request. I thank those who are interested, Boworker
