if I had the time I would work out once every day but as I still work and have a

lot of other things going on in my life and there's only so many hours in a day

but I usely get five works outs of some kind a week!

Gentlemen,Mix it up with the "Endurance" routine. Compress as hard as you can on each rep.I never mastered 100x on all exercises with this routine.I went 3x week on this routine; with an Iso-Motion stretch on Days 2 & 4.One will be amazed in the physical changes this routine provides. The joy of owning the mighty steel-bow what & how will I use it next small in

size big in performance you got to love it. It's a top exercise device.

No time for a work out no problem isobow can fill the gap!
