Guest guest
if I had the time I would work out once every day but as I still work and have a lot of other things going on in my life and there's only so many hours in a day but I usely get five works outs of some kind a week! > > The standard workout routine for the steel bow is the 'sit at home' routine as per the latest bullworker chart & the video featuring . > > Now when you browse through all the variations of weekly frequency stories for the bullworkers and workouts in general they vary. 5 times a week/rest 2 days. One day workout then rest one day. Three days per week. 4 days per week. I myself enjoy sitting down with the steel bow and start the week with intention of 4/5 days per week but end up doing all 7 days in the week (addicted?). > > What's your routine? Guest guest
Gentlemen,Mix it up with the "Endurance" routine. Compress as hard as you can on each rep.I never mastered 100x on all exercises with this routine.I went 3x week on this routine; with an Iso-Motion stretch on Days 2 & 4.One will be amazed in the physical changes this routine provides.
