Noproblemo said I and stupidily ordered on line as such Bullworker.com > for mrn > Steel Bow > place order. Have you spotted the error? Blindly, i ordered the men's version. I am not up to date with the ladies section so I didn't know there was a difference. turns out that the men's starts with 25lb spring and then inter-changes to a 65lb spring.
