john. Thanks for those routines. I had in mind as an addition to sit2home

daily routine doing an intensive exercise workout with situps pushups crunches

planks etc.

Or do you reckon adding an intensive bullworker session 3-4 times a week is

better or at least just as beneficial? I like the bullworker sessions more than

situps pushups crunches planks etc, that's for sure.
