Guest guest
and I are revising our inverted nipple section in the book and are debating whether or not to include anything about the Niplette device. There are two official reports; both saying it's effective. Have you ever used it with clients? Did you find it to be effective? We would really appreciate your feedback. Guest guest
Like Jan, I have never used one with a client, but I have spoken with a friend of a client (who was there during a consultation) who used one and had nothing but good things to say about it. She said that her first baby had much difficulty latching due to inverted nipples and she used a shield for several weeks. She began using the nipplette during pregnancy with her second and said there was a noticeable difference in her nipples and 2nd baby had no trouble latching. That being said, I never saw the woman's nipples, either before or after. :-) Mellanie Sheppard, IBCLCFor Babies Sake Arlington, TX Niplette and I are revising our inverted nipple section in the book and are debating whether or not to include anything about the Niplette device.
