Hi Aubin, I got this from Organic Valley. They now sell cultured unsalted butter. I've tried it. It is good. " All of our farmers pasture, but most of them do feed some grains in the ration. A rough breakdown is 80% forages (pasture, hay, silage) and 20% grains (corn, soybeans, oats, barley). Most of our farms are in northern states as well, so pasture is only available for 7 months out of the year. " Butter has a one year shelf life, so look for butter with expiration dates in the spring and summer months for the highest percentage of pasture in the cows' diet.
