pursuant to the discussion natural treatments for yeast, nipple wounds, etc., recently, i am wondering if jennifer tow, or anyone, has a care plan / handout/ intructions (written) they'd like to share and give permission for others to use (upload to the files section?) for natural treatments for sore nipples, lacerated nipples, yeast, etc. that focuses entirely on non-allopathic treatments. we have dr. smillie's care plan and it's a great option for moms really wanting to go the allopathic route, but we'd love to have a separate "option 1" for those moms open to more natural remedies.

anyone care to share,so we don't have to reinvent the wheel?
