Well, that went over my head.

Really? Three tight lines across your belly? Most people have four or five.

Anyway, I use my bullies exclusively for abs. One of my favorites is to sit in a

chair and place an end of the Bow Classic on the chair between my legs. I reach

up grabbing the upper handle with both hands and pull straight down while

raising my knees and bending, or crunching, forward.

For the obliques I set the Steel Bow on end on a counter top and stand arm's

length away, my side facing the steel bow, and then push straight down with one,

straight arm. As well as your obliques, this also hits your lats and pecs.

Yes john the over head movements are the hardest to do for extended time while

applying a good tension as your arms are out stretched with little leverage

from your body!

I've noticed that when doing the slow, hard archer pulls and circle from chest

to overhead to down and back to chest I'm strongly tensing my abs all the while.

I guess while doing the hard, slow movements there is a residual benefit to the

abs. I hope what I just said make sense. LOL

These moves sound very similar to Pilates.
