Guest guest
Really? Three tight lines across your belly? Most people have four or five. Anyway, I use my bullies exclusively for abs. One of my favorites is to sit in a chair and place an end of the Bow Classic on the chair between my legs. I reach up grabbing the upper handle with both hands and pull straight down while raising my knees and bending, or crunching, forward. For the obliques I set the Steel Bow on end on a counter top and stand arm's length away, my side facing the steel bow, and then push straight down with one, straight arm. As well as your obliques, this also hits your lats and pecs. > > During the testing of isobow I only used my steelbow once I have started useing it again and my stomach is really feeling it I am doing the crunches side & front medium spring. > A I am very sore that month off from useing feels a little like i am starting over again but it's good I feel it working it goes to show that muscles do get use to a pattern and it's important to mix it up . > I am a little surprised it feels like three tight lines across my belly any way useing both > Devices together should produce awesome results! >
Guest guest
Yes john the over head movements are the hardest to do for extended time while applying a good tension as your arms are out stretched with little leverage from your body! > > Mr. , > It is definitely not the same as Bullworker " crunches, " but the more time spent above your head in Iso-Bow " movement, " the stronger your abs are from the Iso-Bow use. Guest guest
I've noticed that when doing the slow, hard archer pulls and circle from chest to overhead to down and back to chest I'm strongly tensing my abs all the while. I guess while doing the hard, slow movements there is a residual benefit to the abs. I hope what I just said make sense. Guest guest
These moves sound very similar to Pilates. > > > > > > > > > > Mr. , > > > > > It is definitely not the same as Bullworker " crunches, " but the more time spent above your head in Iso-Bow " movement, " the stronger your abs are from the Iso-Bow use.
