Guess I was feeling guilty i had a few days of from exercise but you do come back feeling strong after a break.

Are you squeezing & tugging at that steel bow 1000 times in a session (10 full

sets x 100 reps per set) ??

The sit at home is more like 2500 reps 25 exercises leht and right side of

body one exersice has 5 sets on each side of ten so 25 x10 sets of a 100 =

2500 it take about half an hour I set up every thing so its on hand ready to

go the light spring lets me get high reps on the harder ones eg behind the back

..

I use the classic for leg etc I own two steel bows and one has a light spring

the other medium.. But I change this around and mix it up. Some times i go low

reps heavy etc or had holds but the sit at home is my main stay .

Sould check out the sit at home DVD 100 reps of each 25 moves is easly

attainable with practice & effort it's a very rewarding routine that produces

exelent results!

My bad. I read full sets 10/100 as repeating the full set of 25 sit@home

exercises @ 100 reps x 10 times. ....Yii, i'm breaking out in a sweat just

thinking about that torture.

this should give you the general idea its not real good a bit of a rush to fit

it in.

but it will give you the general idea i think i left a few out its better to get

the SAH dvd its easy to follow cheers!
