I would love to see some of your steel bow sit at SAH workouts. Guest guest Posted May 16, 2012 Report Share Posted May 16, 2012 The sit at home is more like 2500 reps 25 exercises leht and right side of body one exersice has 5 sets on each side of ten so 25 x10 sets of a 100 = 2500 it take about half an hour I set up every thing so its on hand ready to go the light spring lets me get high reps on the harder ones eg behind the back .. I use the classic for leg etc I own two steel bows and one has a light spring the other medium.. But I change this around and mix it up.
