Fresh organic eggs sunny side up cooked on top of stove on low heat

with lid, yogurt flavored with blackberry/rhubarb jam, raw milk and

coffee with real heavy cream. I been trying to cut way way back on

processed carbs. Dennis

I make a shake that has 4 raw eggs, raw butter, virgin coconut oil, raw

cream or raw milk, frozen berries, royal jelly and some stevia. I blend

it all together in my Vita Mix and it comes out like a very delicious

soft yogurt. I've served it to confirmed junk food eaters and to

confirmed health nuts and everyone in between and they all loved it. It

is VERY filling and actually holds me over to dinnertime.

On Sundays though there is nothing like a big fat juicy steak for

breakfast/brunch and a wild green salad loaded with raw cheese, avocados,

olive oil, and vine ripened tomatos. Yummy!!!!!

Think I could get it past the security screeners? (I live in Seattle).
