Guest guest
Hello All, Just a thought. My Uncle " saw " a whole plethora of people/animals, etc., to the point of distraction and when we took him off all meds, including Sinemet, (the drug that I believe makes the hallucinations worse as the disease progresses), the " people/animals, etc. " have subsided quite a bit. Now, he just talks/jestures to them in his sleep and says that " they " are not up when he is awake. Very interesting. Peaceful days to all, Stevie Stevie in So. California LO - Mr. B (Uncle) 82 yrs. I couldn't understand him at first because some days I'd go to see him - he lives (lived) alone - and he'd say something like " it's been quiet today, you'd think no one else lived here " .... hmmmm .... well ....... they don't. Then realised there was a virtual bus load of people he was seeing around. That's fine ..... maybe they kept him company. The problem was when he started leaving his front door open so they could get in and out OK > > > Last night after I gave Stan his bath and wheeled > > him back to the living room to watch tv, he made a > > remark that I thought was funny.
