It would be nice not to have so many different bottles on the breakfast table. When I'm in the supplement mood, I mix some of the supplements I take and stir them into a glass with water. If you can find a glass air- tight container for them, they would even stay fresh longer. If you're taking cod liver oil, you can ditch the flax oil.
