WLC is located in Plano, Texas, a desirable suburb north of Dallas. Wayman Learning Center(www.waymanlearningcenter.com) continues to grow and therefore is interested in finding intelligent, responsible individuals, who love working with children, as full-time instructors. The ideal candidate holds a minimum of a bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education or other related field and has taught children with autism using ABA either in a school, in-home program or center-based program for a minimum of two years. This individual would also intend to eventually become certified in behavior analysis (BCBA/BCABA) and would be willing and able to make a two year commitment. The starting salary range is 27,000 to 32,000 per year, depending on experience and education, with raises based on performance. Benefits include paid health insurance, four weeks paid vacation per year, paid holidays, 15 days of paid sick/personal leave per year and one paid workshop per year. Initial and ongoing training and supervision is provided by certified behavior analysts. Hours are 8:45 to 5:45 Monday through Friday with one hour for lunch.
