Some say that even fermentation produces toxin, and therefore, meat and fish must be eaten raw, not even fermented. About taste of raw animal food. Fermented salmon is tasty. And so is herring (at least the kind I buy -- it's raw, preserved with salt. Is this OK, by the way?). But what about raw meat? Also, do you do anything to protect yourself against pathogens in the meat?
