Eng > Spn - or Eng > Eng explanation

Hello all,

I am translating some manuals for a Radiology course. One of the terms I

am not understanding is " Imaging Core " . It appears to be a common

terminology, but I just don't know what it is. There really isn't much of

a context. It appears in the title of the Lab - " The Imaging Core Lab " .

I would appreciate any help you can give me to understand what this

actually means. If anyone knows the terminology in Spanish, I would be

extra-happy, but if not, a good explanation would certainly help!
