The standard workout routine for the steel bow is the 'sit at home' routine as

per the latest bullworker chart & the video featuring .

Now when you browse through all the variations of weekly frequency stories for

the bullworkers and workouts in general they vary. 5 times a week/rest 2 days.

One day workout then rest one day. Three days per week. 4 days per week. I

myself enjoy sitting down with the steel bow and start the week with intention

of 4/5 days per week but end up doing all 7 days in the week (addicted?).

What's your routine? How many days a week do you do the 'sit at home' program?
