I have used the OH-H20 mix also and have been very happy with it.

I use a 2:1 water/ rubbing alcohol mixture(the alcohol keeps the pack nice and slushy). I use two ziplock bags doubled up. I made a logo/instruction sheet that fits nicely between the bags so the client can always know how and when to use it as well as precautions. Very cheep and my clients seem to love it.

Mona - we use the Thermal Aid bags. They can be microwaved for moist

heat or placed in the freezer for very flexible ice compresses. They

last a long time, we love them.
