Hi Guys, I have just joined the group. I purchased a Bullworker about

two months ago and have been training 5 days a week. At age 53, it is

harder to get rid of body fat than it was when I was younger. I used

to own a bullworker back in the 1970's.

I have been considering purchasing a steel bow and following the " sit

at home " routine. I was wondering if anyone has had success with this

routine? Also, if anyone has any great tips or routines they could

share with a bullworker newbie to increase my chances of success -

that would be great.
