Thank you.Is it what it appears to be-a elastic tube with a ball hand-grip on

either end.Its clearly graded to various levels of resistance and provided it is

not too expensive might be an interesting device to experiment with. The issue

for me would be is it relatively cheap otherwise some ordinary tubing would be

my first choice.Thank you for drawing attention to it.I would be interested to

hear others responses to this item.ED

There used to be a nifty device called the Fitness Bar (aka Fitness Bow) that used these same elastic tubes for resistance. It was discussed here in 2009 (do a search in messages for "fitness bar").I have one, but apparently it's no longer available anywhere. They were only around $30 (I got mine at Amazon). It came with a follow-along videotape that had two full workouts (one for men, one for women), and 3 interchangeable tubes for varying the resistance. I still enjoy working out with mine occasionally. It provides a lot of different exercises that allow for a full-body workout.I'll try to take a pic of mine with my iPod, but don't have much experience posting photos, so it might take me a

while.Guess they're only selling the tubes now, which is a pity, cause the Fitness Bar was nice.Ronn To: bullworkerclub Sent: Thursday, June 28, 2012 4:19 PM Subject: Re: Seen this thing from the inventor of Bullworker

Wow, that's it exactly! I searched all over the web for pics of that thing, with no luck. You're a wiz at finding things, . I see the price has gone up considerably, no surprise. To: bullworkerclub Sent:
