Guest guest Posted February 2, 2008 Report Share Posted February 2, 2008 that's a problem i face often.that i have to travell very frequently here and there for my job,and i can't carry that machine all along with me.so it affects my regular exercise regime. but there is a silver line i found recently that u can still keep urself strong and fit if u practice Sun Salutation.it's a combination of 12 Yoga posture which gives tremendous strength(believe me)and confidence with fitness at it's level best. try it friends...google it or visit youtube.com and search for it.it's very beneficial.i am suggesting the 'thing' from my personal experience. it's a see to beleive...try it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
