Guest guest Posted February 22, 2002 Report Share Posted February 22, 2002 Hi, Carolyn, I was told by our cooperative warehouse that eggs have a sell by date of 60 days past pack date and a use by date of 90 days past pack date. I personally have used free-range eggs 3-4 months after purchase, though I do recommend using fresh eggs. I keep my eggs in their cartons in the fridge - on the bottom shelf if possible as it stays coldest. ine Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
