Guest guest
Usually it is a combo of NSAIDS and tramadol that does the trick for my patients. Once these using the leg on a regular basis I drop the tramadol and just have the NSAIDS given prior to therapy sessions. Guest guest
We had the same situation with a poodle. We stopped the treadmill and did cold laser, massage and ROM. What really seemed to help him turn the corner though was doing over/under on the cavalettis, esp the under. This dog was small so the owners were able to use cookies to coax him to walk under there bed back and forth at home as well. Also slow ramp walking up and down. Hope this helps.
