Guest guest
Hi , This is an edema of the face, arms and chest, typical of the superior vena cava syndrome. I didn't find the English equivalent in on's Internal Medicine or Dorland's dictionary, but in Spanish it is called " edema en esclavina " (= mantellina). Hope this helps! > Hello everybody, > I am translating an abstract dealing with mediastinal disease. > I can't find any translation for " edema a mantellina " in the Internet > (listed in one look dictionaries and a few more). > Could you suggest me the right word or give me some further links? > Thanks in advance. > Best regards. > sandra >
