Guest guest
Tom, and others, Google coconut oil and read about it. It sure looks like the U.S. oil companies have done a number here like the pharmos have done on statins. Gene At 09:53 AM 2/21/2006, you wrote: Who is " mary enig phd " ? Cmon already with this. Guest guest
All oils are pure fat! The problem with all of them as well as the coconut oil tests was the use of " Partially hydrogenated " oils. That produced trans fatty acids out of every one of the oils. Having partially hydrogenated canola oil is no better for you than any other altered fatty acid. We must insist on our oils and fats being unprocessed via catalytic hydrogenation! I don't know how we would get the government to step in on that since the big food producers have some pretty heavy hitting lobbyists in DC! , Ch.E. ****************** Tom wrote: > Who is " mary enig phd " ?
