Guest guest Posted April 12, 2012 Report Share Posted April 12, 2012 Hi again bully workers I have been cross training with some exercise equipment which I purchased from http://www.sierraexercise.com/ which i find provides and interesting and well rounded workout when used together with my bullworker training and I am sure a lot of bully users here . On occasion use other types or forms of exercise in saying so the bullworker has been the foundation of my exercise routine for at least the last two years but variety is the spice of life and mixing up my training helps to keep me going. In this latest video i demo the steel bow/classic the hook handles/Mega wrist roller in a fore arm work out that will burn your arms like no other check it out! http://youtu.be/gN4RpbNd_7k The bully works well on its own for wrists.
