Guest guest
" I have been using my Bow Extension for some hard Isometric holds. There is a different feeling in a static hold. One can feel the finality of the movement against the exertion of the pull. It is this zone one's muscles scream " yes. " The back-off flows easily into Iso-Motion with the shorter straps. " - J.H. J.H. talks about isometric holds above & I usually do ten pulls plus 10 second iso-hold. I'd like to add the extension exercises to the 100 reps Sat@home routine but the Steel bow is a bit small for holdingcomfortably with two feet & I don't have a full size classic. Was wondering how everyone else uses the extension straps in their routine? <<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
