Hey everyone!

Okay. Monday is day 1 for me. I've started the challenge before, but

couldn't finish due to my life becoming utterly insane. Now that

things have settled down I'm ready to tackle it again.

Something I've never been quite sure of is when the use of supplements

becomes effective. Should I start with creatine/HMB on day 1 or wait a

few weeks to get 'into' the program? Does anyone have any

reccommendations as to a supplement schedule (ie. doses per day)? I'll

start creatine loading on monday (and use a 5g maintainance portion

after that) but I'm not so sure about HMB. Or should I go with Betagen

over HMB and creatine seperately?? I want to maximize my growth (and

fat loss) potential so I should get all the info I can before I start.

I'm also considering phen free for before my cardio workouts.

Any thoughts?
