If you like fast JAPANESE food, here's a listing from Edo Japan: Teriyaki Chicken per 425 grams Calories 480 cal Fat 6 g Protein 25 g Carbohydrate 81 g Sodium 730 mg Cholesterol 90 mg Sukiyaki Beef per 425 grams Calories 500 cal Fat 10 g Protein 27 g Carbohydrate 77 g Sodium 645 mg Cholesterol 60 mg I prefer the teriyaki chicken, myself. The only think I'm not sure about is if the ACTUAL serving size is 425g. Also note that both meals come with rice, mixed vegitables and a sauce (which might drop a few g of fat if omitted).
