? for holistic veterinarians on Petzlife dental spray

Like most of us, I see quite a few elderly patients who have severe dental disease as well as many young dogs with only the beginnings of veterinary intervention for dental needs. Our local sheltie rescue group is using a product called petzlife oral spray- www.petzlife.com

Would anyone have an opinion on safety and efficacy? Seems to me its real benefit might be on decreasing anesthesia time versus no true veterinary oral exam and subgingival care.
