Walked , did a few sets of push ups ,,chin ups,sit ups, Then topped it of with a steel bow classic combo sit at home Awesome way to finish a bit daily exersices It was the first SAH I done all week always feel satisfied when I complete the steelbow work out its a great 30. +min work out anyway roll on weekend!
