My dh came with me to my therapist appt and we were able to talk about my frustration and his denial together. I felt good because I felt heard. And I think he felt better because I acknowledged that I take some of his ocd stuff personally and that I am willing to work on that so I can be more patient and understanding. The therapist point by point explained to dh why he thought he had ocd and I think it was very helpful.
