Guest guest
I have an ORIGINAL Total Gym that was probably made before Chuck Norris ever heard of it. Have it since around 1983-84. Doesn't look a whole like like the latest version. I just looked for pics online about a week or 2 ago and couldn't find any. Just like ANY piece of equipment it gives you results IF you use it!!! Guest guest
,I have a Total Trainer by Bayou Fitness which is considerably less expensive than the overpriced Total Gym, and in my opinion, superior to it.I'm real happy with mine, but haven't used it in a while, what with focusing on the Iso-Bow, kettlebells and yoga lately. I've been intending to start up with it again for some more variety. It's a great machine. Makes it easy to get a pretty fast full-body workout (but not as fast as with a Bullworker or Steel-Bow). lolDon't know if you'd be able to find one in Australia, but you can check it out here: http://www.bayoufitness.com/bayou-fitness-total-trainer-dlx-iii-home-gym-6Ronn To: bullworkerclub Sent: Sunday, June 17, 2012 7:57 PM Subject: Total gym G'day there's been pushing the info commercials and adds on Telly here a lot the last week I have ocasionaly seen and old one for sale here and there and decided I gave them a ring just to see how much . Guest guest
Just what is this Iso-Gym?? A new gadget or an ehancement to the steel bow & classic? I'm expecting to finally win one of these Masters Wrestling Championships he participates in regularly. What are the odds he launches his own 'Mattel Wrestling doll' complete with steel bow in hand along the lines of those 'WWE' ones? > > >> > > G'day there's been pushing the info commercials and adds on Telly here a lot the last week I have ocasionaly seen and old one for sale here and there and decided> > > I gave them a ring just to see how much .> > > They tired there best to sell me one for 1990.00 dollars au thanks but no thanks!> > > Does any body own one or has owned one and do you still use it ?> > > And how do you find it to use etc etc?> > > Good results ? Guest guest
I have an older model Total Gym, with all attachments, that I purchased over 10 years ago at a thrift store for $25.00. It was in excellent condition and you can get a good work out.
