The same person gave me a very old book about Canadian force exercise which

I read front to back and praticed from it.I lost it in lifes travels . Have

been keeping an eye out for one never no I might find some day it would be

interesting to read again.

, is this the book you're keeping an eye out for? http://www.workoutoftheweek.net/2011/02/royal-canadian-air-force-exercise-plan.htmlI had a copy of it too, way back when. Might still have it, pack rat that I am, LOL. Will have to do some searching to see if I do.They sell "collectible" copies on Amazon, starting at $17.00, and there's a whole slew of them on eBay, varying greatly in price. Here's one for the "buy it now" price of $10.00: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Royal-Canadian-Air-Force-Exercise-Plans-For-Physical-Fitness-/271001896781?pt=US_Nonfiction_Book & hash=item3f18f8c74dRonn To: bullworkerclub Sent: Saturday, June 23, 2012 5:22 PM
