Guest guest
, is this the book you're keeping an eye out for? http://www.workoutoftheweek.net/2011/02/royal-canadian-air-force-exercise-plan.htmlI had a copy of it too, way back when. Might still have it, pack rat that I am, LOL. Will have to do some searching to see if I do.They sell "collectible" copies on Amazon, starting at $17.00, and there's a whole slew of them on eBay, varying greatly in price. Here's one for the "buy it now" price of $10.00: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Royal-Canadian-Air-Force-Exercise-Plans-For-Physical-Fitness-/271001896781?pt=US_Nonfiction_Book & hash=item3f18f8c74dRonn To: bullworkerclub Sent: Saturday, June 23, 2012 5:22 PM Subject: Re: Try here to for a read > > > > A book on isometrics . > > > > http://www.sandowplus.co.uk/Competition/Wittenberg/Wittenberg%20Isometrics.pdf > > > An early read for me also along with the Tegner book.Like that one I still have it.Funny how these old things never die.Probably still in print somewhere too-I think the Tener book still is.Thank you for the link.Ed > Ed about the same time.
