Steel Bow 28

I ordered a Steel Bow 28 on 12/25/2007. It arrived at my door on

12/28/2007. Excellent service I believe.

The first observation is I prefer the smaller size to the " regular "

Bullworker size. This doesn't mean one is necessarily better than

the other, just the 28 " fits my bodyframe better than the 36 inches.

I also like the cables, have never used a model with the straps

though. Maybe someday I'll get the chance to use a model with the

straps, but up to this time the cables make me happy.

Resistance level is incredible, almost in the " what the heck? "

category. I did a set of isotonic compressions last evening with the

front compression. I did a 7 second hold, and then followed up with

the set of ten. I think I got the meter registered at 5 for that

set. So the over all resistance is very " heavy " , but not

discouraging, or impossible as some people might feel.

So, for the week and a half I have been using it I believe I am

seeing a decrease in body fat levels (though my weight hasn't

changed) and an increase in tonus. When I first bought it my " max "

contraction was about 10. Last Frisya, after a warm up I got to 50.

I think it has been worth the purchase and look forward to many years

of usage.
